If possible, rotate the cushions and pillows on your sofa every week for even wear
Professional cleaning is recommended about once a year.
If fading is a concern (for both fabric and leather), take extra care to avoid placing your sofa in direct sunlight
Vacuuming the upholstery once a month is recommended
On fabric sofas, blot (don't rub!) spills as soon as possible with a clean, absorbent white cloth. Blot from the outside inward to prevent a ring from forming. If the upholstery fabric has a thick pile, you may try brushing the fabric with a stiff bristle brush
on the sofa structure, three year warranty is offered.
Two year warranty on the cushions against any manufacturing defects is offered. Normal usage or normal wear and tear isn’t covered under warranty. With sofas, the cushions do get softer over time and will conform to the shape of the user, or the position the user sits in. Fibre-filled backs and arm rests will flatten with time. We also do not offer any warranty on upholstery for sofas
